Escape Run
Undead Invasion is a survival shooter where everything happens on one narrow road. Zombies come straight at you, and the goal is simple: don’t let them reach you. It was released in 2025 and plays like a classic arcade game short runs, fast restarts, and no time wasted. There’s no exploring or story buildup. You load in, the undead show up, and you start shooting.
The first thing that stands out is how cramped it feels. Even though the fields on both sides look wide open, you’re stuck on a single lane. That makes every mistake feel bigger. If you reload at the wrong time or hesitate for half a second, the run can end immediately.
Zombies don’t move the same way every time. Some shuffle forward slowly, others rush in fast, and a few soak up way more bullets than expected. Because of that, the gameplay never settles into autopilot. You’re always watching the front of the road, checking ammo, and deciding whether to keep firing or reload early.
There are two main modes. One is brighter and more open, which makes it easier to see what’s coming. The other uses fog and obstacles, so things feel messier and harder to read. The controls are straightforward, and after a few runs they stop feeling like buttons and start feeling automatic.
Undead Invasion works because it doesn’t try to be big. It sticks to one idea and pushes it hard. Every run is about timing, spacing, and staying calm when the screen starts filling up.
Unlocking weapons keeps things interesting. Sometimes you get something powerful early, sometimes you’re stuck making do with whatever you have. That randomness changes how each run plays out without adding complexity.
It’s also easy to play in short bursts. One run might last ten seconds, another a few minutes, but either way it always feels clear why you lost and what you could do better next time.
Undead Invasion isn’t about flashy moments. It’s about holding your ground, reading the wave, and seeing how long you can keep the road clear.
